By subscribing to our pledge, you are agreeing to allow us to use your picture and message of support within our mosaic montage of supporters faces. The montage will be published online, including on Facebook and on our website (www.time-to-change.org.uk) and possibly in other contexts, such as print and television, to raise awareness of the Time To Change Programme. We may use your picture worldwide in any media for an unlimited time and you agree that we may do so without payment or credit. Please obtain your parent or guardian’s permission if you are under 18. Please do not include any images belonging to other people unless you have their agreement to use the image. If your picture contains images of other people, please ensure you have asked their permission.

You can ask to remove your picture and message of support from the mosaic at any time by emailing webmaster@time-to-change.org.uk We will use reasonable endeavours to remove your contribution from further ongoing usage.

Privacy policy

Time to Change takes great care to safeguard personal data provided by our supporters and to process this data fairly and lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

When providing your contact details you can be confident that:

When will I need to provide my details?
If you wish to join Time to Change, sign up to any login area, order materials or get involved with us in any other way you will need to complete a form with your details.

Why do you need my details?
There are several reasons why we need or would like to keep your details in order to send you any information you have requested or to deal with any subsequent queries. If you join Time to Change and register for an account we need your details as we would like to keep you updated on the work we do. We would like to keep your details to keep you informed of other services that may be of interest to you and opportunities to get involved.  We will only do this if you agree that you wish to be kept updated.  

What if I don’t want you to keep my details?
All of the forms on the Time to Change website provide the opportunity to tick a box to say if you are happy for us to keep your details and stay in touch with you.
If you do not want us to keep your details please contact the Time to Change Central Management team to let them know.
